On the second day, we will go to Mersing for island hopping adventure. Activities include speed boat ride, visiting about 5 pristine islands with crystal clear waters, snorkelling, viewing coral reefs, fish feeding, wading around sandbank, cliff jump if situation allows, hiking to hilltop, etc. We will also sail past a few more instagrammable islands. The pristine and shallow waters around a sandbank provide a Maldives-charm, while the hilly islands have the Bora Bora picturesque.

iv) Visit Kluang Coffee Powder factory. Visitors will see the processing of coffee beans into powder. Then proceed to a local product shop known for its mouse-shaped Shanghai mooncake and other Tau Sar biscuits.
v) Visit the rustic Kluang Railway station, a landmark of Kluang. It's a nice site for photography. The original Kluang RailCoffee outlet is also there, a canteen style coffee shop that has been operating since 1938.
vi) Own lunch. Option includes Dim Sum, Tangkak beef noodles, a larger Kluang RailCoffee outlet, and more. After lunch, those who want to skip hiking may go directly to Kluang Mall.

iii) Sail along a mangrove river for sightseeing and photo taking.
iv) Proceed to Pulau Raja. The sandbank of this pristine island has clear shallow waters, providing a Maldives-esque scenery.
v) Proceed to Tiger Island for snorkelling. You may even try cliff jump if the water condition allows.
vi) Sailing past some of these islands for sightseeing from the boat: Pulau Mensirip, Pulau Gual, Pulau Rawa.
vii) Proceed to Pulau Hujung. Lunch by the white sandy beach. You may rest and relax at this pristine island, or go snorkelling, feed fishes, etc. There are nice coral reefs around.

iii) After walking for about 800m, you will reach Pulau Mawar. On this uninhabited island, the mangrove forest and intertidal marine life are ideal for nature photography. For those who are adventurous, you may hike for another 700m across forested area, slopes, and a small rocky hill to reach the Rock Arch. This instagrammable natural rock formation was dubbed the 'Heaven's Gate' by the locals.
iv) If the tide is low enough, you may be able to walk on the tidal flat to an even nicer rock formation known as the 'Window of Heaven'.
v) Back to the mainland. If time permits and some people are keen, proceed for hiking at a hill which provides panoramic seaview at the peak. It takes about 45mins to reach the peak.
vi) At 5pm, back to Mersing Jetty to pick up the other group who went island hopping. Depart Mersing. Own dinner in a shopping mall or at coffeeshop.

v) Visit the rustic Kluang Railway station, a landmark of Kluang. It's a nice site for photography. The original Kluang RailCoffee outlet is also there, a canteen style coffee shop that has been operating since 1938.
vi) Own lunch. Option includes Dim Sum, Tangkak beef noodles, a larger Kluang RailCoffee outlet, and more. After lunch, those who want to skip hiking may go directly to Kluang Mall.
vii) Proceed to Gunung Lambak, a small mountain with a height of 510m above sea level. We will hike to midpoint. If time permits, those who are keen may hike to the summit.
viii) Proceed to Kluang Mall for shopping and own dinner.
ix) Check in hotel, which will be in Kluang or Mersing.
Day 2:
i) Check out hotel. Proceed to Mersing Jetty to drop off the other group who are going island hopping. Then go for meals and buy local products.
ii) Proceed for an unguided exploration adventure to Pulau Mawar. RM10 entrance fee. During low tide, this island is accessible from the mainland via a sandbar. If organiser don't lead this group, instructions will be provided for participants to navigate their way.
iii) After walking for about 800m, you will reach Pulau Mawar. On this uninhabited island, the mangrove forest and intertidal marine life are ideal for nature photography. For those who are adventurous, you may hike for another 700m across forested area, slopes, and a small rocky hill to reach the Rock Arch. This instagrammable natural rock formation was dubbed the 'Heaven's Gate' by the locals.
iv) If the tide is low enough, you may be able to walk on the tidal flat to an even nicer rock formation known as the 'Window of Heaven'.
v) Back to the mainland. If time permits and some people are keen, proceed for hiking at a hill which provides panoramic seaview at the peak. It takes about 45mins to reach the peak.
vi) At 5pm, back to Mersing Jetty to pick up the other group who went island hopping. Depart Mersing. Own dinner in a shopping mall or at coffeeshop.
vii) Around 9pm: back in Singapore via Woodlands or Second Link. If via Woodlands, dropoff at Kranji and Newton MRT. If via Second Link, dropoff at Jurong East and Newton MRT.
